Although Lakeland Verandahs is headquartered in the North West, and has been since our founding in 2008, we provide installation in most parts of the country, thanks to our rapidly expanding national franchise network. 

At present, 10 Lakeland outlets currently operate throughout the UK. 

Our current Franchises are located in the Peak District and North of Scotland, East Anglia, Shropshire, Wessex, Cardiff, East London, Sussex, Cumbria and Leicestershire. 

Over the coming months, several more Lakeland outlets will be opening up (watch this space!) – our target is to have around 35 to 40 franchises so that every single homeowner in the UK has access to our market-leading range of maintenance-free UPVC decking, fencing and balustrades. 

We anticipate that it won’t take long at all for us to be able to offer UK-wide installation as new Franchisees are regularly coming onboard as they recognise that becoming one of our Franchise Owners is a brilliant business opportunity.
