UPVC Decking finished with Glass Balustrades

An outdoor room with a view if ever we saw one – the UPVC decking has added another dimension to this extraordinary home…

While the captivating extension at this amazing residence provides the most sensational home setting, the occupiers had an urge to extend further so that they could make a seamless transition from the extension to the outdoors in fine weather. They opted to do so with the installation of UPVC decking and equipped it with glass balustrades. The inclusion of glass balustrades was crucial as the last thing they wanted was for the decking to compromise the view in any way, and it does quite the opposite as it only enhances the view, especially when they’re lounging inside the extension and admiring the outdoors.

Because the decking is located on a raised platform, we added decking steps to the bottom of the design that lead up from the garden. Should they wish to, they can even use their decking when it’s wet as our UPVC decking is slip-resistant, so no-one is likely to do themselves any damage as they walk on its stylish surface. In the summer months, the inside of the house now sees very little action as the outside frequently proves too tempting and that’s all thanks to the handiwork of our talented decking installers.
